Vicinity software customers from a variety of industries discuss what made Vicinity software the right choice for their business.
We love hearing from our clients – their feedback is invaluable to us. This is one of the reasons we love hosting our annual customer event, FOCUS. We have the opportunity to talk with our clients who are using the software every day. They have the ability to talk directly with our team, including developers, about what is working for them and what isn’t. This one-on-one interaction helps our development team better understand how they are using the software and our clients are able to hear about features that are on our product roadmap.
Here are other testimonials from clients across chemical, food and brewing.

Highland Brewing is a regional brewery whose craft beers are distributed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia. Founded in 1994, it’s the largest independent, family-owned, and operated brewery native to the Southeast. As Highland Brewing continued to grow, it started looking around for a software package that could be easily integrated into its accounting software, plus a more simplified way to store recipes and track raw material consumption and finished goods production. Highland Brewery found VicinityBrew 17 years ago and was VicinityBrew’s first brewing customer.
Engineered Custom Coatings (ECC) is a holding company for several small- to medium-sized industrial customers that make paints, finishes, coatings, and other industrial goods. ECC has grown as a company after several acquisitions, and it began using VicinityChem software in 2013. When ECC first implemented the VicinityChem software, it was only using about 30% of the software capability. Because of this, ECC was not utilizing the inventory or cost analysis programs to help track raw materials and formulas and was not creating batch tickets. With several people keeping track of inventory on paper, it also made it difficult to understand what raw materials were on hand and to plan for orders in advance. In January 2019, ECC reimplemented the VicinityChem software into Microsoft Dynamics GP financial software and began using the full software package.
