ProFood Tech is a biennial food and beverage trade show for the food and beverage processing industry—the most comprehensive event of its kind in North America. The event will feature machinery-in-action from 450 exhibiting companies on a 150,000 net square-foot show floor at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. About 6,500 professionals attended the inaugural show in 2017 and 7,000 are expected in 2019.
Attendees include C-level executives, corporate managers, engineers, sales managers, plant managers, manufacturers, and production supervisors, brand and marketing managers, quality controllers, purchasers, research/development and package designers from a wide variety of food and beverage consumer packaged goods companies (CPGs).
